Celebrity Australian golf legend Greg Norman, who currently leads the Saudi-owned LIV Golf tour, and his wife, Kirsten Kutner, are facing a lawsuit filed by a high school girl who claims she was sexually assaulted at their Florida home during a party where alcohol was served to minors. According to the lawsuit, Norman and Kutner allegedly provided alcohol to underage guests, including the plaintiff, during a pool party in September 2021, hosted by their teenage daughter K.K. at their Palm Beach Gardens mansion.
The lawsuit, filed on March 22 by an anonymous plaintiff referred to as Jane Doe, a classmate of K.K., along with her parents, alleges that Kutner served drinks to the girl and her daughter before the arrival of other guests. It further claims that alcohol was continuously served throughout the party, leading to the girl becoming incapacitated and stumbling around. The plaintiff accuses two boys, who had also been drinking, of sexually assaulting her on the grass near the pool.

The Great White Shark is named in the civil lawsuit for negligence and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, alongside his wife. The lawsuit asserts that the couple failed to ensure the safety, well-being, and sobriety of the girl and other teens at their residence by illegally providing them with alcohol. The plaintiff seeks unspecified damages for pain, suffering, mental anguish, and loss of enjoyment.
The celebrity retired professional, known for his successful golf career and business ventures, including golf course design, clothing, wine, and real estate, has been married to Kutner since 2010. The couple purchased their Palm Beach Gardens mansion for $12 million just five months before the alleged incident. The Australian native won numerous golf tournaments worldwide, including two British Open championships, and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2001.
Currently leading the Saudi-backed LIV Golf tour, celebrity Norman recently announced its merger with the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA) and European tours, and the creation of a new entity that is yet to be named.
