On Sunday, celebrity supermodel Naomi Campbell shared rare photos of her 12-month old daughter walking. Mother and daughter walked through green and verdant grounds with their backs facing the camera. The tiny tot was holding hands with her statuesque mother. The 52-year old model has not as yet mentioned the name of her daughter to her followers.
The supermodel wore an all black ensemble as her long straight hair fell past her shoulders while her little daughter wore a peach printed tracksuit that had a purple trim. She wore white trainers and had a pink bow on her black hair. The catwalk model added the caption: “My Love, My heartbeat First Steps walking [sic], on Instagram.
Last May, Naomi Campbell had surprised her fans when she announced the birth of her daughter. She had appeared a few weeks ago on the New York Fashion Week runway and she didn’t have a noticeable baby bump.
She said that the child was hers despite a lot of speculation. She didn’t mention the name of her daughter or the name of her biological father. When she spoke to British Vogue, during an exclusive cover shoot, the supermodel said, “She wasn’t adopted–she’s my child.”
She didn’t provide further details. She said that very few family members and friends knew that she had plans to become a parent.
She also said that her little one loved to travel just like her and she was lucky. Her daughter never made a noise during takeoffs or landings. She described her daughter as a “good girl” who slept well and that she “hardly ever cries.”
Naomi Campbell, who is single as of now, gushed about being a mother and said that it was the greatest joy that she could imagine. She said that she knew she was lucky to have her daughter.
When her daughter was born, the supermodel had shared a picture where she cradled her new born. She wrote, “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother.”
