According to news sources, the 35-year-old Miami-born artist (born Kisean Anderson) and his 62-year-old mother orchestrated a sophisticated luxury fraud scheme, using fabricated wire transfer receipts to acquire high-end items, including jewelry, a luxury SUV, a 232-inch television, and designer watches. Federal prosecutors revealed their targets included major retailers, banks, and businesses, with losses exceeding $1 million.

Janice Turner, described by the judge as “the fixer and nerve center” of the operation, was immediately taken into custody due to prior convictions from 2006. She remains held at Broward County Jail. Kingston, however, was placed under house arrest after posting bond and awaits sentencing scheduled for July 11.
