On Monday, Kanye West released his newest project on social media. Despite facing a ban on two major social media platforms Twitter and Instagram, over the weekend, he posted a 30-minute documentary titled Last Week on YouTube, on October 10. The footage includes meeting with Adidas executives, rapping a new track, meeting up with his family and more.
Kanye West had been banned from two social media sites due to his controversial posts including those that followed after he appeared in a “White Lives Matter” sweatshirt at his Yeezy fashion show at Paris Fashion Week. He later posted that Black Lives Matter was a “scam.”
He then appeared on Fox and criticized Jarod Kushner, who is a Jew and celebrity rapper Drake for being controlled by Jews. He was restricted on Instagram. Later, he posted anti-semitic remarks on Twitter, and he was restricted on Twitter as well, on Sunday.
The new video begins with an animated character who looks like the rapper completing a mission, set in a video game, in Japan. The title reads war but ends with white doves and the words “Mission Accomplished.” Then the video moves to showing rapper Ye in a car singing a new track that becomes jumbled and inaudible in the end.
The “Last Week” documentary then go off in another direction where the rapper shows Adidas executives porn clips. A man from Kanye’s team says that the executives discomfort was what Kanye felt when his creations were stolen by the company. He also mentions that by stealing Ye’s ideas, it is as if someone was stealing the children of his mind as they were “Yeezy inspired derivatives.” The documentary also predicts that Adidas would not recover, if the collaboration failed.
The celebrity rapper also plays new versions of popular tracks from hit album Donda 2. The documentary features different versions of First Time In A Long Time and Sci-Fi.
The long video also features the rapper checking out a location for his Donda Academy. West arrives with a long list of demands about the school’s design. He says that it needs “Dondafying.” He wants all artificial lights to be removed. He also wants air conditioning to be removed and for stairs to be replaced by ramps.
The documentary Last Week ends with a family reunion between Kanye West and the Kardashians. He attends a basketball game of his kid North West. The last four minutes of conversations are muted. Business conversations in the video are also redacted.
Kanye West ends the documentary with a phone call. Kanye says, “It’s time for me to shut the f- – – up for the first time, do exactly what everybody’s wanted me to do for the longest.”
