Celebrity quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother Jackson Mahomes has been arrested. The younger brother of the Kansas City Chiefs star player was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of misdemeanor battery. The alleged incidents took place at a restaurant in Kansas. The sexual assault was recorded on surveillance video and the police began an investigation in March.
Unlike his celebrity brother Patrick Mahomes whose success as a quarterback has been lauded by many, Jackson Mahomes has also been involved in other incidents. He sparked controversy in a football game in 2021, when he dumped water over fans of the Baltimore Ravens.

The 40-year-old owner of Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park accused Jackson of sexual assault and for shoving a member of her staff.
Shortly after the incident, Jackson’s lawyer Brandan Davies said that his client had done nothing wrong.

Jackson was booked at about 7.45 a.m., on Wednesday according to several reports and his bond has been set at $100,000. The 22-year-old Mahomes was booked into Johnson County Detention Center in Kansas. He will appear in court on Friday.
If Jackson Mahomes gets convicted for aggravated sexual battery, he could face a sentence of up to 55 months, according to Kansas laws. Celebrity’s brother, star quarterback of Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes has not commented on the arrest of his younger brother Jackson Mahomes, as of now.
