In an interview with the Guardian, Celebrity musician Ozzy Osbourne told The Guardian, “Everything’s f***ing ridiculous there,” said Osbourne. “I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert… It’s f***ing crazy.” “I don’t want to die in America,” he explained. “I’m English. I want to be back.”
The Osbourne family wants out of Los Angeles. The Hancock mansion owned by the Osbourne family is being sold for $18 million in Los Angeles. 350 acres of property are included in their new home, which is 120 years old.
“I’m fed up with people getting killed every day,” he said of American gun violence. “God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert … it’s f*****g crazy.”
He told the Observer that part of what made him decide to move back to the UK permanently was the gun violence in the US.
Osbourne has suffered with a few health issues. But that was not the only reason citing Los Angeles is crazy. “The tax is getting too much. I am sad because I really, really like staying and living there,” he said to the Mirror.
Sharon Osbourne wife of Ozzy feels the same way. America has changed significantly, according to Sharon Osbourne, and there is “nothing unifying about it.” She entered contentious discussions last year when she defended her pal Piers Morgan after a dispute with Sheri Underwood on an episode of their daytime program “The Talk,” and she later departed the program after former coworkers accused her of using racial and homophobic slurs.
Osbourne says once he gets back to the UK, he wants to continue making music.
