Miley Cyrus posted a video on Instagram showing a lightening flash. The plane also had some damage on the outside believe to cone from the lightning strike.
Cyrus was heading to perform today, March 23rd at the Asunciónico music festival in Paraguay’s, capital city. The festival was cancelled due to heavy rain and storms in the region and we are waiting to see the rescheduled date. Heavy flooding was also reported.
In her Instagram post, Miley included a short video in which a flash of lightning could be seen through the aircraft’s window. She also shared a photo which appeared to show damage to the plane’s exterior, perhaps as a result of the lighting strike.
Other performers to join Miley were the Foo Fighters, Doja Cat, and Machine Gun Kelly. Machine Gun Kelley invited fans outside his hotel for an impromptu performance.
