Celebrity journalist and media personality Megyn Kelly made waves when she shared a photo of herself with celebrity pal Joelle Cosentino wearing a red MAGA-style hat with the words “Make Women Female Again” inscribed on it. She was wearing a red MAGA-style ballcap with the phrase as a reference to the ongoing culture war on gender and trans individuals. Megyn Kelly is making headlines on social media once more after criticizing Budweiser’s collaboration with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Her detractors were quick to point out that the two had previously spat over Donald Trump’s famed “Make America Great Again” hat. The hat’s message made a sharp allusion to the ongoing “culture wars” in the US about transgender individuals and identity, reports said. The former Fox News host has frequently brought up the subject on her daily SiriusXM talk show, The Megyn Kelly Show.

‘Thank you for a HUGE week on the? @?MegynKellyShow,’ Kelly wrote in the caption of the picture she posted on social media on Sunday. She also stated that she was looking forward to “another great week of shows starting Monday.”

The Megyn Kelly Show anchor tweeted shortly after publishing the image that the hat was purchased from an online store called Adult Human Female run by British women’s rights campaigner Kellie Jay-Keen, whose website declares that “2023 is the year of the TERF,” or “trans-exclusionary radical feminist.” Due to its opposition to including trans women within the purview of feminism, the divisive TERF movement has come under fire for being “transphobic.”

Ron Filipkowski, a criminal defense lawyer who keeps an eye on the far right on his platform, reposted the picture of Kelly sporting the MAGA-related cap on the social media platform. According to reports, as a response to the image in which Trump wrote, he posted a 2016 screenshotted tweet from the then-presidential candidate Trump, which said that everyone must boycott her show.

The celebrity journalist was accused of being “transphobic” for asking Anheuser-Busch’s CEO to retract Bud Light’s partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, which aroused strong criticism from conservatives. Later in the week, though, she replied back to her 2.7 million fans, claiming that she was ‘speaking the truth.’
