A partial autopsy has revealed that multiple substances have been found in Liam Payne’s body. They include a combination of recreational drugs, according to a report in ABC News, which quoted sources. They also claimed that an aluminum pipe to ingest drugs was found in his hotel room. His body will reportedly remain in Argentina till the autopsy is completed.
The Argentinian Public Prosecutor’s Office released a preliminary autopsy report on Thursday. The report said that the singer died as a result of “multiple traumas” and “internal and external bleeding.” The injuries were sustained after a fall. There was a total of 25 injuries, and the head injuries were grave enough to cause his death.
State officials also confirmed that Liam Payne fell from the balcony in a third-floor hotel room on Wednesday. They said that the celebrity singer died on Wednesday after he fell from his room at the Hotel Casa Sur in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
On Wednesday, October 16, hotel officials had called emergency services in Buenos Aires. They asked them to send someone urgently as they had a guest who was reportedly “drunk with drugs and alcohol.” Although the emergency workers arrived roughly seven minutes later, the singer had already fallen to his death.
Liam Payne’s body was found in the inner courtyard of Hotel Casa Sur. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the emergency services.
