Kristin Cavallari has posted a bikini selfie from The Hamptons. The photo shows how much the Laguna Beach alum has been working out as it shows her ultra toned body. The 35-year old model and businesswoman often posts bikini shots but this time, the latest selfie shows her ultra toned abs and sculpted legs. Cavalalri looks fit in a FELLA bikini which has a keyhole top.
Kristin Cavallari rocked in the mirror selfie. She said that she was feeling stronger than ever. Earlier on Saturday, the designer told US Weekly that she didn’t weigh herself. She could “tell by the way my clothes fit me.” She noted that she looked at weight gain as a positive factor as she felt that she was “shocked at how thin” she was when she checked photos in the past.
She said that she was happy that she put on weight. She told the outlet, “I have put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way.”
The mother of three manages a mean workout out as well as a successful business. She said that her focus was on muscle gain. She has achieved muscle by working out with the help of a personal trainer. Her fitness routine generally consists of three workouts that are one-on-one, in a week. She praised her trainer for pushing her really hard.
Kristin Cavallari said that the regular workouts with her personal trainer had helped her lift really heavy weights. She also said that she felt the best she ever had and was “the strongest I’ve ever been.” She also goes for solo bike rides or with friends.
The Uncommon Beauty founder also follows a healthy diet. She doesn’t have a specific diet plan. She tries to eat natural foods and organic foods as often as she can. She eats veggies, meat, nuts, berries and seeds. She adds complex carbohydrates including buckwheat soba noodles to her diet. She said that she even eats butter and enjoys a cold glass of rosé.
