Celebrity Kanye West was recently dropped by friends and business partners after he made several rants about the Jewish community. The rapper’s anti-semitic rants resulted in the loss of many business partners including Adidas, Nike, Balenciaga and Gap. These business breakups also caused him to lose billions of dollars and the billionaire is now a multi-millionaire. The financial crunch has also allegedly affected the construction of his new beach house in Malibu according to Radar Online.
Rapper Kanye, who has changed his name to Ye, has stopped construction work at his Malibu beach house reportedly due to a financial crunch. A source, close to the rapper, told the US Sun that Kanye was living for most of the past month “at the Waldorf” with his celebrity model girlfriend Juliana Nalu.
The source also told the outlet that Kanye had to “sort his finances out.” This might be the reason why the renovations at his Malibu beach house were “on hold at the moment.” The inside source also added that the rapper’s “house near Kim’s” also needed renovations and that Ye “wanted a change of scenery after months at Soho Warehouse Downtown.”
Several outlets have confirmed that Kanye West checked into the Waldorf Hotel, on October 6. His Malibu residence is empty, according to photos. One photo showed a window with the message, “Happy Hanukkah.” It was seen after his rant against the Jewish community.
Kanye West recently bought the iconic beach house and it is designed by architect Tadao Ando. He had reportedly gutted the interiors and was also getting it redesigned with help from another American businessman James F Goldstein, who also has a unique house in the nation.
Kanye West bought the Malibu beach property with direct access to the beach as well as stunning views of the Pacific after his divorce with ex wife, celebrity Kim Kardashian. It is 36,665 feet and reportedly cost $57 million. He was updating both the exteriors and interiors before work was halted.
