Celebrity Kanye West, who is known as rapper Ye, posted an apology to the Jewish community for his antisemitic comments. The new post on social media was written in Hebrew, on Tuesday. He wrote that he was sorry for the pain caused and spoke of a commitment to make amends and promote unity.
The Grammy award winner appears to have removed all his earlier social media posts and has kept only the apology in Hebrew which seems to have been written using translation software, on December 26.
This is not the first time rapper Ye has tried to apologize. In late 2022, he appeared on the Piers Morgan show and said that he was sorry for the people he had hurt with his tweets and more.
Celebrity Kanye West has reportedly been recorded ranting about how Zionist Jews owned schools, banks, and hospitals in Los Angeles, according to a report by TMZ earlier this month.
Rapper Ye also expressed his praise for Hitler when he appeared on Alex Jones’ InfoWars several months ago.

Celebrity Kanye West lost endorsements from Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga. Record label Def Jam had also said that they would not release his albums.
Rapper Ye was dropped by Twitter when he posted antisemitic comments. He was reinstated seven months later, months after the platform was renamed as X.
Kanye’s Tuesday apology has divided web fans. While many fans liked his post, many fans also said that his apology was insufficient. There were also comments from web fans asking him to apologize in English as well.
Some web fans called it a first step forward and wanted his actions rather than words to be effective. The Anti-Defamation League said that his “initial act of contrition” has been welcomed by them but it would ultimately be actions that would speak louder than words.
