Celebrity actress Jessica Alba, a mother of three, revealed to fans how hard she worked out to achieve her flawless figure. She posted a video on social media of her workout and the self-care she received afterward, which included a hamstring and buttock massage.
In the high-energy video, the Dark Angel star tagged her trainer, Ramona Braganza. Jessica started the video with her phone in hand, recording herself in the mirror, and she looked serious. The Honest CEO stood in front of her mirror, hand on her hip, wearing a grey sports bra and matching spandex pants. The bare-faced beauty wore her hair in a top-knot bun and wore no makeup. Work It by Missy Elliot played during the montage, which was a fitting choice given the subject matter.

The actress appeared to be on ab day, focusing on core-strengthening moves with a few arm exercises. Jessica performed Russian twists with her feet elevated in the first exercise, using a weighted medicine ball. Jessica then did up-and-down planks, alternating between an elbow plank and a full plank. Then she repeatedly threw a 12-pound medicine ball at the ground. Jessica returned to an elbow plank and moved her feet side to side in another core strengthening exercise. The star then worked her arms, doing chest raises before finishing with deadlifts. Jessica captioned that she was trying to get mentally motivated for the week.
The mother of Honor, Haven, and Hayes, detailed her workouts and diet, and she, like Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, believes that moderation is key. Jessica told Women’s Health magazine that the pandemic improved her workout routine. She always thought she needed to sweat out her weight in water, feel like she just ran a marathon, and have muscle failure; that is how she thought she needed to work.
The celebrity has now learned to mix up her exercises and not feel like a failure if she is not killing herself. Every muscle in her core is tense and she had no idea she had them. She eats plant-based food four days a week and does not drink alcohol. However, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays she lays all rules to sleep. Jessica has found a way to balance motherhood, self-care, and a billion-dollar company.
