Celebrity creator Chuck Lorre, known for super hit series such as The Big Bang Theory, Two and A Half Men, Dharma & Greg, and Mom and Young Sheldon, has settled his divorce with his third wife Arielle Lorre, safeguarding his estimated $650 million fortune with his prenup. The 71-year-old TV mogul and the 38-year-old influencer were married in October 2018, and the date of separation was written as May 2022.
In July 2022, the TV mogul filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” He asked the court to uphold the prenup signed by the couple before they got married. He has agreed to pay spousal support as well as attorney fees.
Chuck Lorre will reportedly pay $5 million. He spent $1 million when the judgment had been entered and will pay $4 million after Arielle Lorre moves out of their homes. He gets to keep their dog Harvey, but Arielle has “liberal visitation” rights. Both Chuck Lorre and Arielle Lorre also sign a solid non-disparagement clause.
After their split, Chuck Lorre and Arielle Lorre released a joint statement that said, “It is with mutual consideration and respect that we decided to separate” and more.
They said that they wanted to move in “different directions” and asked for “privacy,” expressing their gratitude, and more.
Chuck Lorre was married to Paula Smith from 1979 to 1992. She was his business partner, and they have two daughters. He later married Karen Witter, a former Playboy Playmate, in 2001, and they split in 2010.
Chuck Lorre had a public spat with actor Charlie Sheen, but they made up and are working together on a new series called How to Be a Bookie. Arielle Lorre continues to be a lifestyle, wellness, and health influencer in Los Angeles. She is the host of the Blonde Files podcast.
