On Wednesday, the pop princess shut down speculation by saying that outlets who reported sources saying that she would be returning to music were wrong. Celebrity Britney Spears also clarified the rumors surrounding her recently released memoir The Woman in Me. Although web fans are eagerly awaiting new music from Britney, it is her choice.
Celebrity Britney Spears’s new Instagram post on Wednesday said that she would “never return to the industry.” The popular singer also described the news posted by several outlets that she would be making new music soon as “trash.”
Celebrity Britney Spears said that she has been a ghostwriter and has written more than “20 songs for other people.”
The pop legend said that she wrote for fun or she wrote for other people. She also that many of her web fans, who read her book, did not know much about her as there was loads of information about her that was not known.
Celebrity Britney Spears also said that she knew what was written in her memoir and that it had been written with her consent.

Although celebrity singer Britney Spears released Mind Your Business in 2023 with celebrity singer Will.i.am, her vocals for the track had been recorded much earlier. She also collaborated with celebrity Elton John in 2022 for the song “Hold Me Closer.” The song reimagined many of his hit songs and was her first release after a painful 13-year conservatorship.
In her memoir, The Woman in Me, celebrity Britney Spears wrote, “Pushing forward in my music career is not my focus at the moment. It’s time for me not to be someone who other people want; it’s time to find myself.”
