Celebrity plus-size model Ashley Graham spent her Sunday away from her children in a hotel, treating herself to an eye mask, a facial, healthy meals, and, most likely, an early bedtime. The mother of three demonstrated that she understands the importance of self-care, especially as a mother of a toddler and twin babies.
The plus-size model posted a video of herself showering and moisturizing her legs while relaxing in a white bathrobe. She then put on an eye mask and wrapped her hair in a towel to dry. She was later seen having her hair blow dried and her face massaged while closing her eyes, as if she were having the perfect weekend. She then showed off her post-facial bare skin, going makeup-free and revealing her face texture to her followers.

In the Instagram video, the celebrity model is seen eating a healthy smoothie bowl and a portion of pasta. She ended her ‘self-care Sunday’ reading in bed, using a breast pump. The supermodel captioned the video, “moisturized, well fed and ready for bed,” and received over 33k likes, as well as one from actress Kristen Bell.
The body-positive icon is an advocate for body positivity and clearly values self-care, which she previously discussed in an interview with The Cut at the end of June. Ashley discussed how she copes with stress. Despite her efforts to prioritize self-care, Ashley is a mother of three children under the age of three, so her time is most likely very limited.
The television host said that on a typical work day, she gets up, makes breakfast for her kids, goes to photoshoots, and doesn’t get home until 8 p.m., after her kids are all in bed. She said she unwinds with a glass of wine and feeds her twins at 10 p.m. before going to bed. She has ways of coping and managing her stress due to her hectic lifestyle, such as fueling her body with healthy foods and keeping her skin taut with an eye mask.
The celebrity is not a quiet person. She also has no illusions about what it takes to be an outspoken advocate, including the near-constant questions about her body and how it has changed since she gave birth to her three children – Isaac, 2, and twins Malachi and Roman, 6 months.
