Heard’s lawyers are trying to get the Fairfax County Circuit Court to set aside the verdict that awarded Depp damages. She is hoping to convince Depp to reduce the amount she has to pay him.
Amber Heard has asked her lawyers to appeal the verdict in her defamation case against Johnny Depp. According to reports, Heard’s lawyers submitted a 43-page motion last week claiming that the verdict was not supported by the evidence and that Depp was awarded “excessive” damages.
