The Toronto Ultra swept OpTic Texas 3-0 on Sunday to secure the No. 1 seed at the Call of Duty League’s Stage 4 Major.

On the final day of qualifying, Toronto dethroned the Atlanta FaZe as the top team in the standings, beating Texas 250-175 on Sub Base Hardpoint, 6-2 on 6 Star Search & Destroy and 3-2 on Highrise Control.

Tobias “CleanX” Jonsson of Denmark led the Ultra with 71 kills and a plus-1.31 kill-death ratio, with both marks serving as match bests.

With the victory, Toronto finished qualifying with a 6-1 record. Atlanta did, too, but when it came to individual games, the Ultra had a higher win percentage, going 20-8 while the FaZe went 20-9.

All 12 teams that took part in qualifying made the Stage 4 Major, which begins Thursday in Burbank, Calif., and runs through next Sunday. Seeding for the event’s bracket was determined by the qualifying matches.

The tournament will have a double-elimination format, with all matches best-of-five until the grand final, which is best-of-seven. The winner will get 100 CDL points and $150,000 of the $375,000 prize pool, while the runner-up will come away with 75 CDL points and $90,000.

In other action Sunday, the Carolina Royal Ravens downed the Boston Breach 3-1, and the Los Angeles Thieves edged the New York Subliners 3-2.

After taking the first two maps in its meeting with Boston, Carolina saw the Breach stick around with a 3-0 shutout on Karachi Control, but the Royal Ravens responded with a 250-239 win on 6 Star Hardpoint to wrap up the victory.

New York had Los Angeles on the ropes thanks to wins on Vista Hardpoint (250-129) and Invasion Search & Destroy (6-3), but the Thieves came roaring back. They prevailed 3-2 on Invasion Control, then took Sub Base Hardpoint 250-227 and Highrise Search & Destroy 6-4 to complete the comeback.

The Stage 4 Major begins on Thursday with four matches, all of which are in the winners bracket:
–Toronto Ultra vs. Los Angeles Guerrillas
–Los Angeles Thieves vs. Miami Heretics
–Atlanta FaZe vs. New York Subliners
