The Minnesota Rokkr won both of their matches, and the Los Angeles Thieves won for the second time in two days in qualifying action for the Call of Duty League’s Major IV on Saturday.

The Rokkr (2-0) swept the Florida Mutineers 3-0 and defeated the Los Angeles Guerrillas 3-1, while the Thieves (2-0) knocked off the Seattle Surge 3-1 in the second day of qualifying.

The Boston Breach (1-1), the only other team to have played two matches thus far, edged the Toronto Ultra 3-2.

Major IV, which includes all 12 Call of Duty League teams, runs through April 16, with each victory worth 10 CDL points.

The Rokkr started their sweep of the Mutineers (0-1) with a 250-208 win on Zarqwa Hydroelectric Hardpoint, added a 6-3 victory on Mercado Las Almas Search & Destroy and finished with a 3-2 win on Breenbergh Hotel Control.

Cameron “Cammy” McKilligan and Marcus “Afro” Reid, both of Great Britain, had 64 kills apiece for Minnesota, and teammate Kevin “Fame” Bonanno of the United States had a team-best kills-deaths ratio of plus-1.50. Carson “Brack” Newberry led the all-U.S. Mutineer lineup with 58 kills and a ratio of plus-1.26.

The Guerrillas (0-1) won their first map, Al Bagra Fortress Hardpoint, against the Rokkr 250-160, but Minnesota again posted three straight victories. It took El Asilo Search & Destroy 6-4, El Asilo Control 3-2 and Mercado Las Almas Hardpoint 250-142.

Afro again led the way for the Rokkr with 85 kills and a plus-1.18 ratio, while Joseph “JoeDeceives” Romero scored 102 kills and a plus-1.46 ratio for the Guerrillas, who also had all U.S. players.

The Thieves won the first two maps en route to defeating the Surge (0-1). They started with a 250-186 victory on Zarqwa Hydroelectric Hardpoint and followed up with a 6-5 showing on Embassy Search & Destroy. Seattle managed a 3-2 win on El Asilo Control, but Los Angeles clinched with a 250-159 victory on Embassy Hardpoint.

Dylan “Envoy” Hannon piled up 111 kills and a plus-1.46 ratio for the all-U.S. Los Angeles lineup. Amer “Pred” Zulbeari of Australia registered 61 kills, and teammate Lamar “Accuracy” Abedi of the U.S. finished with a plus-1.11 ratio for the Surge.

The Breach got a jump on the Ultra (0-1), winning the first two maps. First came a 250-215 victory on Embassy Hardpoint, then a 6-4 win on Breenbergh Hotel Search & Destroy. Toronto countered with victories on El Asilo Control (3-1) and Zarqwa Hydroelectric Hardpoint (250-175). On the deciding fifth map, Embassy Search & Destroy, the Breach won 6-4.

The United States’ Reece “Vivid” Drost paced Boston with 99 kills and a plus-1.14 ratio, while fellow American Thomas “Scrappy” Ernst posted 89 kills and a plus-1.05 ratio for Toronto.
