Building inspectors remove x sign above San Francisco’s twitter building. The unpermitted structure was the subject of twenty-four complaints, according to the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection, which reported this on Monday. The Twitter sign and recognizable blue bird emblem were taken from the structure by the Elon Musk-owned company, which has changed its name to X, last week. Due to the lack of the required approvals, the company had to temporarily halt that activity.
