Britney Spears recently posted a video on Instagram where she expressed gratitude to her fans. She dropped hints about a Meghan Markle or Adele type of sit down interview with Oprah. She also reiterated her anger at not only her father Jamie but also her mother Lynne for the trauma and distress she faced for more than a decade.

The 39-year old Pop Princess expressed gratitude that she could finally be independent and “feel like a woman.” She was happy that she could drive a car, visit an ATM machine as well as buy candles, small pleasures that were denied to her by the strict conservatorship she had been under for almost 13 years.

She teased her fans by writing about the possibility of a tell-all interview with Oprah. The Oops I Did It Again singer had emotionally broken down in front of Judge Brenda Penny when she described the “abuse” she had faced under the conservatorship of her dad Jamie Spears. However, around that time, she had also hinted that she faced much more than she had disclosed.

She recently said that what her family and the conservatorship did to her was “demoralizing and degrading.” She said that she was “not even mentioning all the bad things” they did to her for which “they should all be in jail.” She said that she “included” her “church going mother” in those who had to be punished.

This video was posted days after the singer was finally freed from a 13-year conservatorship due to combined efforts of her lawyers, the #FreeBritney movement, her efforts to convince the judge that the conservatorship was abusive and acceptance from Jamie and Lynne Spears that the time had come to end the conservatorship of both her person and her finances.

The Don’t Go Knockin on My Door recently did not allow her mother Lynne to visit her in her Los Angeles home a few weeks before the conservatorship had ended, according to a source who spoke to Page Six. Lynne had reportedly flown down from Louisiana to Los Angeles to meet her daughter.

Britney Spears has also mentioned that she would like to have a baby with Sam Asghari. She shares two sons with her ex–Kevin Federline. She said that she wondered if the baby she thought about having would be “a girl.”
