Multiple sources confirm that “The Voice” coaches Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are married. Page Six was the first to report that the couple got married at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch. Sources had said that the 45-year-old musician had built a chapel in readiness for the ceremony. The ceremony was a small and intimate one, attended by close family members.
Blake Shelton met Gwen Stefani on NBC’s “The Voice,” where both the singers were voice coaches. They were also undergoing difficult periods in their lives as they were getting divorced from long term partners.
The 51-year-old Stefani shocked fans when she said that she was divorcing her husband Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage and three children. Weeks earlier, in July 2015, after four years of marriage Shelton filed for divorce from his second wife – Miranda Lambert. His first marriage was with Kaynette Williams, and it lasted for three years.

Earlier this week, there were rumors swirling around that the couple would be getting married soon. There was an application made for an Oklahoma marriage license in July according to ET. Since couples have to get married within 10 days or else the license expires, many media outlets were expecting them to get married soon.
The couple not only had a personal relationship but also collaborated and released a few romantic songs such as

The two musicians got engaged in October 2020. In March, When Shelton guest co-hosted NBC News’ “Today with Hoda & Jenna,” he said that he “absolutely “ pictured himself and Stefani together, as they lived a simpler life, out of the spotlight.
In May, when Shelton appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he said that the couple had planned “If You Leave” from Pretty in Pink soundtrack as the song for their first dance as husband and wife.
In April, Stefani had said that she wanted a simple and intimate wedding, with family, when she appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
