Bennedict Mathurin scored 28 points and John Collins added 22 to lead the Los Angeles Clippers to a 127-113 road victory in Milwaukee against the Bucks.

It’s the fifth consecutive victory for Los Angeles, which also got 20 points and eight rebounds from Kawhi Leonard and 15 points with 11 assists from Darius Garland in the win.

Milwaukee fell for the fourth straight time and for the 14th time in its last 17 contests. The Bucks were officially eliminated from postseason contention after their Saturday loss to San Antonio.

Gary Trent Jr. led Milwaukee with a game-high 36 points on 12-for-21 shooting. Taurean Prince added 18 with eight assists and six rebounds and AJ Green scored 15.

Milwaukee played without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kyle Kuzma, Kevin Porter Jr. and Gary Harris.

The Clippers completed the two-game season-series sweep, blowing the Bucks out twice in the same week after they won 129-96 in Los Angeles on Monday.

Trent Jr. came out firing for the Bucks, who competed in the first behind his 11 points and 3-for-5 shooting from deep, though the Clippers still led 29-25 going into the second.

Leonard came on with 10 points in the second and the Bucks shot just 7 for 22 in the quarter as the Clippers went into halftime up 57-46.

After the Clippers dominated the third, the Bucks were able to get in striking distance with a hot fourth. Milwaukee went 7 for 11 from beyond the arc in the fourth including 16 points from Trent Jr.

Los Angeles didn’t sweat too much thanks in large part to taking care of business at the line. In the second half alone the Clippers shot 20 for 22 while they went 24 for 28 on the game.
