After Miami pushed its seven-point halftime lead to 11, Chicago answered with a 10-0 run, pulling within a point on Dosunmu’s 3-pointer with nine minutes left in the third.

Later in the third, Okoro and Carter’s back-to-back triples gave the Bulls an 81-80 edge.

Chicago finished the third on a 10-2 run, taking a 91-84 edge into the final stanza.

Okoro split a pair of free throws to give the Bulls a 97-88 lead, before Adebayo scored seven in a row to cut the deficit to two.

Buzelis’ layup gave the Bulls a 106-99 edge with 4:58 remaining, but Adebayo’s layup began a 7-0 run that knotted the score at 106 with 3:37 left.

Chicago opened the game on a 12-3 run, including a pair of Williams triples, forcing a Miami timeout.

Dru Smith’s three-point play finished the opening quarter’s scoring, pulling the Heat within six entering the second.

Miami grabbed the lead on Gardner’s triple, pulling the visitors ahead by a point with 7:52 left in the first half.

Jaquez scored six points in Miami’s 8-0 run as the Heat took a 56-47 lead with 3:21 remaining in the second quarter.
