Former California governor and celebrity actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved in a crash with a cyclist in Brentwood, California, an area of West Los Angeles, Sunday, TMZ reported.
Around 10:30 a.m., a bicycle was struck by a car at the junction of San Vicente Boulevard and Burlingame Avenue in the Brentwood district, according to police, who spoke with KTLA news.
A female cyclist who was hurt in the collision was taken to a nearby hospital.
According to TMZ, the accident seems to have been a straightforward traffic incident caused by the bicycle pulling out in front of the former governor, who didn’t have time to brake before hitting her. According to TMZ, no crime is suspected.
This is not the first time Arnold Schwarzenegger has been involved in a traffic accident. Back in January 2021, it was reported that the actor and former governor was involved in a four-car collision that happened on Friday afternoon in the Pacific Palisades and is thought to have involved actor and former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, one individual was taken to the hospital.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Officer Drake Madison said that the collision occurred between Sunset Boulevard and Allenford Avenue around 4:30 p.m. In Los Angeles the images obtained at the scene show that one car, a big black SUV, ended up on top of another vehicle, which was a red Prius. The black SUV was reported to be Mr. Schwarzenegger’s vehicle.
