Celebrity rapper Kanye West and Instagram model Chaney Jones are no longer together, according to reports. The couple, who only dated for around four months after his breakup from Julia Fox in February, broke their romance shortly after their vacation to Japan together.

West, better known as Ye, and Jones have reportedly split up. It is unclear who broke up with whom, but insiders close to the former pair say the separation occurred following a trip to Japan.

However, several outlets have also reported that the rapper and the Yeezy founder are still going strong. Jones recently took to Instagram to put an end to rumors about her and the Donda rapper’s alleged separation, which multiple sources alluded to as their romance fizzled out after their vacation to Japan.

Jones reportedly debunked the rumors on June 8 by tweeting a brief clip in honor of the rapper’s 45th birthday.

Jones and Ye began dating in February, following West’s breakup with Julia Fox. The model, who is also the COO of a behavioral health firm and has been nicknamed a “Kim Kardashian lookalike,” was seen out and about with the creative several times, including at basketball games. Ye and Fox split up around Valentine’s Day.

Ye and Jones were also seen together on a few occasions, including a “baecation” in the Utah desert, a Miami trip, and most recently in Tokyo.

Based on a “Ye” tattoo that Jones exhibited on her Instagram Story a few weeks ago, Chaney and Kanye’s relationship appeared to be going strong. Furthermore, they appeared to declare their love for one another, although through Instagram emojis or brief messages to one another.

Jones was one of the women Kanye had been linked to following Kim Kardashian’s divorce filing in 2021. Meanwhile, his ex-wife looks to be still in a relationship with former Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson.
