Deutsche Bank analysts provided their outlook on Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMBA) ahead of the upcoming Q2 earnings, scheduled to be announced on August 30.
After an in-line Q1 and a slight miss in its Q2 guide (once again impacted by supply), the analysts expect a solid report for Q2 revenue but are more optimistic regarding H2/22 as they see the fading impact of Samsung-related 14nm supply constraints bolstering revenue growth over the back half of the year.
According to the analysts, the company remains well positioned over the long term, with its $1.8 billion Automotive revenue funnel intact, and its CV3 domain controller poised to play an integral role in the development of ADAS technology.
