While looking for a black male paddleboarder, 43 years old, who drowned in the estate’s pond, a dead body was discovered at Obama’s Martha’s Vineyard house.
The body of a paddleboarder who went missing in the water off Martha’s Vineyard, which backs up to former President Barack Obama’s $12 million residence, has been discovered by divers. His paddle board and cap were located on Sunday, and at 10 a.m. on Monday, his corpse was discovered in eight-foot-deep water about one hundred feet from shore.
Emergency personnel were called to Obama’s home after the 43-year-old went missing on Sunday night as he was out paddling with another paddleboarder on Edgartown Great Pond, Massachusetts.
As he tried to keep afloat, the man momentarily emerged underneath, witnesses informed police, before going under again at around 7.46 p.m. The incident’s dispatch address originated from Obama’s oceanfront Martha’s Vineyard residence. Unknown if the 61-year-old former president is still residing at the estate.
