Cracker Barrel employee firing –

No person should ever be fired without a valid reason being given. Most employers have a punishment policy which includes verbal and written written warnings being issued prior to termination. We are disappointed in Cracker Barrels handling of the situation. Until this former employee is given justification for termination people will demand answers.
